BizNitches, LLC, is a resource, training and coaching collective for female entrepreneurs, virtually located at http://www.biznitches.com, and based in the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. Any advice given, whether of a personal or professional nature, is not intended to take the place of licensed professionals, professional therapists, medical professionals, financial advisors and/or your common sense.

BizNitches encourages an environment where women can feel safe and respected, regardless of their views. Use your discretion in posting any photographs or personal information, and under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you post your name, address, phone number, or any financial information, bank or credit card numbers, social security number, or passwords. If personal information is found in any public areas, it will be deleted.

Soliciting members through “private messages,” “reputation comments,” and/or other private means will result in an infraction and possible banning. If you feel harassed by any member, please let a moderator and/or administrator know immediately. Harassment is defined as continued unwanted contact, either online, in person, via telephone, and/or any other written or electronic communiqué. By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are hateful, threatening, and/or otherwise violative of any laws. Any member found abusing access to BizNitches.com will be banned immediately. This includes sharing membership passwords and/or accounts. Public posting of private messages or “reputation comments” between members is forbidden. Violators will be immediately banned and no monies will be refunded.

Please be aware that members of BizNitches retain the rights to any materials posted under their usernames. This includes, but is not limited to, photos, drawings, poetry, jokes, and general posts. If you are found to be stealing information from the BizNitches forum or home page, your account will be suspended and your money will NOT be refunded. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of BizNitches, nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message. The owner(s) of BizNitches, LLC reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread, post, and/or forum for any reason at any time.

The owner(s) of BizNitches, LLC reserves the right to prosecute any intellectual thefts, slander, libel, and/or other abuses of BizNitches, LLC to the fullest extent of the law of Commonwealth of Virginia. Any and all legal proceedings will take place in Loudoun County, Virginia.

The enforcement of all rules and regulations, including these terms of service are at the sole discretion of the BizNitches, LLC owner. BizNitches, LLC is indemnified from any damages incurred from the use of this website or any interactions between BizNitches members, including business transactions such as outsourcing, item sales and/or collaborative efforts.

The BizNitches, LLC Terms of Service (TOS) is subject to change at the discretion of the administrators of BizNitches Forums and the owners of BizNitches.com without prior notification.

By registering on BizNitches.com, you agree to abide by these terms.

This TOS may be amended at any time, for any reason, by the owner of BizNitches, LLC or any administrators on BizNitches.com.
